By using the facilities and services provided by Punk Padel, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions.

Facility Usage

Our venues are located in working farms which can be dangerous. Users must remain at all times in the immediate vicinity of the court/designated parking and keep close control of any minors they bring. Users of Punk Padel facilities must follow all club rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided on court signage, website and elsewhere. Users are responsible for any damage caused to club property or facilities due to negligence or misconduct. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all our venues. 

Booking and Cancellation

We allow you to book as many sessions as you like up to 30 days in advance (subject to availability).

You can view and cancel your bookings in the ‘My Bookings’ section of the booking portal.

To prevent abuse of our booking flexibility the following conditions apply:

• You cannot cancel any booking that begins in less than 48hrs (this always overrides the following two options).
• For all other bookings you have a 24hr grace period after making payment to cancel without charge.
• After 24hrs a non-negotiable £10 Cancellation Fee is charged per cancelled hourly booking.

Safety and Liability

Users are responsible for their own safety (and any minors they bring) and should exercise caution while using our venues. Punk Padel carries comprehensive insurance but users are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage. Courts are monitored 24/7  for your safety and security.

Privacy

Punk Padel respects your privacy and will handle personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws. By using the club’s facilities and services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for club-related purposes only. You also consent to be recorded by CCTV whilst at Punk venues for safety and security purposes. 

Changes and Amendments

Punk Padel reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of users to review the most current version of the terms and conditions on the club’s website.

Termination

Punk Padel reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to club facilities and services for violations of club rules or behaviour deemed inappropriate by the club management, without refund or compensation.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Punk Padel is located, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
